On February 8th, the ILAW Facebook page reported that many citizens claimed election officials were not checking identification cards and only requiring voters to state their order number to receive ballots. At Chonburi District 1, Unit 3, complainants noted that after completing two ballots, they were prevented from signing the voter attendance list, with the entire logbook remaining unsigned. When challenged, unit leaders initially stated that signing is mandatory, but the incident has raised questions about the validity of previously cast ballots and potential legal implications.
