Highlights include starting prices of 250,000 to 390,000 baht, with a contract deposit of just 1,000 baht. Special offers include free window screens, security grilles, or electrical appliances valued up to 12,000-15,000 baht, free property transfer fees, and no credit bureau checks. Interested parties must have a household income not exceeding 43,000 baht, with a 0% interest rate in the first year. The program aims to help low to middle-income citizens achieve stable and sustainable home ownership.
