Chaiwut Fears 'Orange-Red' Mixed Government, Urges Election Commission to Crack Down on Vote Buying

At Sa Kaeo province on Feb 6, Chaiwut Thanakamanusorns, leader of the Rak Chart Party and prime ministerial candidate, expressed concerns about the final election campaign. He warned that if election polls prove accurate, the country might descend into chaos due to distrust in the People's Party. Chaiwut criticized the potential mixed 'orange-red' government as lacking genuine commitment to solving national problems. He campaigned against vote buying, stating it is equivalent to 'selling the nation', and called on the Election Commission to wake up and seriously investigate electoral fraud, especially in the crucial 2-3 days before the election. He emphasized that if politics remains driven by money and self-interest, Thailand could be at risk of national collapse.
