GGC Announces 2025 Revenue Growth of 5%, Nearing 20 Billion Baht, Strengthening Financial Position

Global Green Chemical (GGC) reported its 2025 financial performance, with total sales revenue of 19,909 million baht, a 5% increase from the previous year. Managing Director Krisada Prasertsukhon revealed that the Adjusted EBITDA reached 700 million baht, a 26% increase, reflecting significantly improved operational profit quality. However, due to external business factors, the company recognized special expenses of 231 million baht in the third quarter of 2025, resulting from a fair value adjustment of land according to accounting principles, which led to a net loss of 684 million baht for the year. The company is actively working to maintain its competitive edge by managing costs, balancing business structures, and preparing for strategic investment under a strong financial status with high liquidity and a debt-free position.
