Dr. Suphat Affirms MP Eligibility, Urges Public to Vote Despite Potential Dismissal Order

Dr. Suphat Hasuwannakij, former director of Sabayoi Hospital in Songkhla and parliamentary candidate for Hatyai District 2 with the People's Party, stated that following a Civil Service Commission meeting with a 4:3 vote to dismiss him from government service, he has not yet received any official notification. The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Public Health assigned the Deputy Permanent Secretary to sign the dismissal order, but he believes the order has not yet been signed. Suphat is confident in his MP eligibility and believes the public can still vote for him. He views potential actions against him as potential harassment and is prepared to appeal through proper channels if a dismissal order is issued. While initially concerned, he notes public support has increased and voters will ultimately make their own decision.
