Chaiwut and Jet Attack Opposition, Question 'What Are Politicians For?' During Border Visit

On February 6th, Chaiwut Thanakamananusorn, leader of the Rak Chart Party and prime ministerial candidate, along with Jet Tonawanich, another prime ministerial candidate, visited the Thai-Cambodian border region. They met with village security teams to discuss the upcoming constitutional referendum on February 8th, expressing concerns about public confusion over the voting process. The politicians argued that national problems stem not from the constitution's text, but from political leaders themselves. They visited affected communities, inspecting damaged houses and supporting military personnel. Jet challenged other political parties, particularly the opposition, questioning their support for soldiers and suggesting that some politicians are more interested in exploiting the system than serving the country.
