AirAsia and Chai Si Collaborate to Launch 'Crispy Roasted Duck Basil Noodles'

AirAsia is adding excitement to travel by collaborating with Chai Si Noodle to launch the 'Crispy Roasted Duck Basil Noodles' menu, bringing street food to a premium format. Oranong Methapipattanakul, Director of Onboard Merchandise and Services at Thai AirAsia, explained that the dish features golden egg noodles with a special texture, dense and juicy roasted duck, an intense basil sauce, and crispy fried basil leaves. She noted that choosing Chai Si as a partner means selecting a brand that truly understands Thai flavors and memorable street food, offering delicious meals at an accessible price for everyone. In addition to the duck noodles, the menu includes other items like coconut sea food wrap, coconut chicken tenders, mangosteen lemonade with peach jelly, and various coconut and lychee drinks. Passengers can enjoy these items from now until April 19, 2026, on all Thai AirAsia (FD) and Thai AirAsia X (XJ) flights, with options to purchase onboard or pre-book through the AirAsia MOVE app.
