Sudarat Pledges to Crack Down on Corruption, Vows to Recover 500 Billion Baht
On February 4, 2026, Khun Ying Sudarat Keyuraphan, prime ministerial candidate for Thai Sang Thai Party (Number 48), held a major campaign rally in Roi Et province. She met with local residents and supported parliamentary candidates including Prateep Soda (District 6, Number 5), Chatchawan Phaetayathai (District 7, Number 4), and Naraek Kamsanam (District 8, Number 1). Sudarat emphasized that Thai people are robbed of over 500 billion baht annually through corruption, which is a key reason for economic decline and poverty. Despite national budgets approaching 4 trillion baht, Thai lives have become increasingly difficult as massive budgets are stolen by corrupt politicians instead of helping citizens escape poverty. She declared that her party is volunteering to recover these funds and return them to the Thai people's pockets. Sudarat stressed that fighting corruption requires personal integrity, and she and her team have proven their transparency by managing four key ministries with budgets exceeding one trillion baht without any corruption. She emphasized her political commitment to creating a transparent Thailand, wanting to end corruption with her generation so that future generations can have a better future. She urged undecided voters to consider Thai Sang Thai Party (Number 48), promising genuine, transparent workers who will responsibly manage tax funds to build a secure future for all Thai people.
