Krungsri announced its 2026 business plan, 'ONE Krungsri Joining Forces for a Sustainable Future', driving the organization with data and AI technology to support stable customer growth. Ken'ichi Yamamoto, President and CEO of Krungsri Bank, revealed the bank's business direction will continue to build sustainability across all dimensions. The strategy focuses on leveraging Krungsri's business groups in Thailand, ASEAN networks, and MUFG to deliver seamless customer experiences and solutions. The ultimate goal is not just bank growth, but creating long-term stability for customers, businesses, and the overall Thai economic system. The bank has defined five urgent structural priorities: easing household debt, strengthening SME entrepreneurs, enhancing national competitiveness, driving climate action, and building confidence in the financial system. Three core strategic axes include Customer First, Transform with AI & Technology, and ONE Krungsri Collaboration. For 2026, the bank targets loan growth of 2-4%, with a net interest margin of 4.0-4.3%, and aims to expand social and sustainable finance support to 350,000 million baht.
