Lawyer Saiyud Updates Nana Case, Awaits Police Appointment to Meet Prosecutor
Lawyer Saiyud is updating the fraud case involving Nana Rybina and her husband Way Prinya. In an interview, he revealed that interrogations are complete and he has prepared legal defense statements. He is now waiting for police to schedule a meeting to transfer the case to the prosecutor's office.
Regarding the reported debt of 170 million baht, Saiyud noted that initial claims were around 50 million and emphasized that the specific damage amount is less important than determining whether a criminal offense occurred. He declined to comment on compensation, stating it is not his responsibility and could potentially impact multiple parties.
The lawyer stressed that the legal process must continue and that any potential compensation will be addressed in court, noting that the case cannot be withdrawn.
