Pheu Thai Calls on Election Commission in Kalasin Over Confusing Election Banner Colors
Pheu Thai has raised concerns with the Election Commission about mistakenly colored election banners in Kalasin Province. The vinyl banners at Polling Zone 3 in Huai Mek District were found to have incorrect colors - district candidate sections printed in pink instead of green, and political party sections in green instead of pink. This color mix-up potentially confused voters at the polling stations. The Election Commission explained that each electoral district uses different colors and that the design was outsourced to a contractor. Pheu Thai views this as a serious oversight, especially since the third electoral district covers 263 polling stations across Huai Mek, Nong Kung Si, and Tha Khantho districts. The party demands immediate corrective action and has formally documented their objection to prevent potential widespread electoral impact.
