Oishi Eaterium is upgrading Japanese dining experiences to match modern consumer lifestyles with the launch of its new OISHI EATERIUM: ALL YOU CAN EATZAKAYA concept at Samyan Mitrtown. The new restaurant offers a flexible dining format with 160 menu items, targeting younger generations, working professionals, students, and modern families. Sasai Tangdechahirun, Managing Director of Oishi Holding, revealed that this marks an expansion from a traditional Japanese buffet to a lifestyle destination. The restaurant features three pricing tiers: Sushi Delight at 359 baht++, Full Selection at 699 baht++, and Seafood Paradise at 849 baht++, with à la carte options starting from 29 baht++. The restaurant design emphasizes a bright, open space with contemporary Japanese graphics and neon signage, creating a vibrant atmosphere suitable for quick lunch or evening hangouts. After nearly two months of operation, sales have grown approximately 20%, successfully retaining existing customers while attracting new segments like students and office workers.
