KMUTNB Drives Integration Project to Support Career Training for Children and Youth in Shortage Sectors

On Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 1:00 PM, at the Ratchaphruek Meeting Room in the Navamindra Building of King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB), Air Chief Marshal Somkit Sukbang, Head of the Royal Household Department, chaired a meeting with KMUTNB and relevant agencies to discuss a project for integrating networks to support and rehabilitate children and youth in the justice system. University leaders, including Professor Dr. Theerawut Bunyasopon and Professor Dr. Thanin Silpachu, welcomed the delegation. The meeting aimed to provide training and career development in shortage sectors for children and youth involved in the justice system. Afterward, Air Chief Marshal Somkit Sukbang and his team toured various technology centers, including the Aerospace and Defense Technology Center, Automation and Robotics Operations Center, Automotive Technology and Innovation Center, Rail Technology and Innovation Center, Radar Technology Center, and the International Space Technology Institute for Economic Development. KMUTNB expressed willingness to collaborate on vocational training for industrial sectors to help these youth develop stable careers and contribute to the country's economic and social development.
