Democrat Party Emphasizes 3 Conditions for Government Cooperation, Undaunted by Potential 300+ Seat Government

On February 9th, Chaiwuth Bunnawat, Secretary-General of the Democrat Party, discussed election results. Unofficially, the party won first place in 10 constituencies and expects 12 party-list seats. Highlighting the Songkhla constituency, Chaiwuth emphasized the party's commitment to clean politics and fighting vote-buying. The party will hold a management committee meeting on February 11th to review election performance and discuss future strategies. Chaiwuth stressed three conditions for government participation: no Kla Party involvement, no politicians with dishonest behavior, and no politicians creating social division. He expressed confidence in serving the people effectively, even as an opposition party.
