Cyber Police Issue Summons to Pheu Thai MP Candidate from Kalasin in Online Gambling Case

The Technology Crime Investigation Division 3 has issued a first-time summons to Plakorn Phimmanit to face charges related to organizing, advertising, and encouraging online gambling without official permission. The summons follows a complaint by investigating police officer Pol. Capt. Chonathat Wuttiphatsopon, who registered the case against Phimmanit, a resident of Yang Talat District in Kalasin Province. The suspect is required to appear on February 20th at 1:00 PM, with instructions that if the summons cannot be delivered, authorities should document and report the circumstances.
