Thai Foods Group Aims to Expand Thai Foods Fresh Market to 850 Branches This Year

Thai Foods Group (TFG) is planning its 2026 strategy to drive business through retail stores and expand into Vietnam to create sustainable revenue. The company aims to grow its Thai Foods Fresh Market retail chain from 615 branches in 2025 to 850 branches in 2026, expanding production and distribution centers in the Northeastern region to build a direct consumer base. For international business, Vietnam remains a key growth engine, with plans to begin construction of an animal feed factory and expand chicken business alongside existing pig farming operations. The company targets an all-time high revenue in 2026, with approximately 50% coming from retail business, and has set an investment budget of 4,000-4,500 million baht, with 60% allocated to retail branch expansion.
