Samphan Saengkhamloet, Director of the Election Commission for Bangkok, stressed that wearing jerseys with numbers might be interpreted as election campaigning or voter influence. Even if there's no intentional purpose, if someone photographs and files a complaint, the individual would need to explain their reasons for wearing such clothing to prove their innocence.
