Open the Arena for OEC Hackathon#2 Ideas, Competing for Royal Patronage Trophy
The OEC Hackathon#2 competition opened under the royal patronage of Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn on February 5, 2026. Dr. Niti Nachit, Deputy Secretary of the Education Council, chaired the event themed 'Hack my Hometown: Think, Create, Transform Sustainable Community Strength' at River Rhine Place Hotel in Nonthaburi. 10 finalist teams from high schools and vocational colleges were selected from 614 nationwide applicants. The competition aims to encourage students to develop innovative community solutions, with winners receiving a royal trophy and cash prizes ranging from 4,000 to 10,000 baht. The final presentation day will be livestreamed on Facebook and YouTube on February 7, 2026, featuring knowledge sharing, workshops, mentoring sessions, and pitch presentations.
