Kasetsart University Launches KU VIPS Program 4th Batch, Reinforcing Green University Leadership

Kasetsart University launched the 4th batch of the KU VIPS executive program, focusing on developing leaders from various sectors who can integrate management knowledge, social innovation, and sustainable development to address national challenges. The course brings together participants from government and private organizations, including military officials, corporate executives, and media professionals. The program aims to create a new generation of leaders who understand structural social problems and are willing to make decisions based on collective responsibility, not just immediate benefits. The curriculum is designed as a 4-5 month executive program, meeting every Friday and featuring in-depth lectures, experience sharing, field studies, and a social innovation project. Dr. Damrong emphasized that modern leadership requires understanding the complex challenges in economics, society, and environment, and goes beyond organizational success to consider long-term societal and environmental impacts. The program is not just about creating excellent managers, but leaders who can deeply understand social issues and use innovation as a tool for sustainable change.
