Orange Party District 8 Chonburi Requests Election Commission to Recount Votes After Discovering Multiple Ambiguities

Representatives from the Orange Party in Chonburi District 8, including candidate Manatsadin Chantcharoen, visited the Damrong Center in Bang Lamung to request clarification on election vote counts after discovering inconsistencies in several polling units. They sought to examine official election documents (SS.5/18) to verify vote counting accuracy. The local Election Commission responded that minor discrepancies of 1-2 votes can occur during vote counting processes, such as vote calling, ballot assessment, or score recording. Unofficial election results for District 8 showed Chaowalit Saeng-Uthai (Proud Thai Party) with 35,060 votes and Manatsadin Chantcharoen (People's Party) with 31,463 votes.
