On February 13, 2026, during recent border conflicts between Thailand and Cambodia, three military personnel from Infantry Battalion 11 died while defending the country's sovereignty. The fallen soldiers are: 1. Major General Ananda Udorn, who died on December 9, 2025, at Phum Makhuea battlefield, 2. Major Apisit Bunnak, who died on December 14, 2025, at Phum Makhuea battlefield, and 3. Captain Torpong Pundoung, who died on July 28, 2025, at Chong An Ma battlefield. Lieutenant Colonel Chakkrit Khurirang, Commander of Infantry Battalion 11, along with his troops, expressed condolences and honored the bravery of these three soldiers who sacrificed their lives to preserve Thailand's territorial integrity. The battalion commander stated that no thanks could be greater than the sacrifice of these brave heroes, expressing deep sorrow for the families of the fallen and paying the highest respects to their spirits.
