Anutin Hints at Collaboration with Kla and Pheu Thai Parties, Thanking People's Party

On February 9, 2026, Anutin Charnvirakul, prime minister candidate and leader of the Bhumjaithai Party, gave an interview on the 'Labor News' program hosted by Sorrayuth Suttasanachinda, following the unofficial election results where his party received overwhelming voter support. During the interview, Anutin was asked about potential government formation with Kla and Pheu Thai parties, to which he repeatedly responded 'Wait for everything to settle'. When asked about thanking the People's Party, he stated, 'Thank you. Without them that day, we wouldn't be here today.' He also added, 'Thank everyone who criticized or devalued me. In their criticism, there are recommendations which I will listen to and implement.'
