Tun Jitpat and Lady Ton Exercise Voting Rights, Believe in People's Power to Shape Thai Politics
On February 8th, 2024, Jitpat Tun Kridakorn, a party-list MP candidate and leader of the Thai Move Forward Party, along with her mother Mom Luang Piyapat Piromyakdee and sister Nanthaya Piromyakdee, arrived to cast their votes at Polling Unit 60 near the Seven Eleven parking lot in Rama 9 Soi 39, Huamark, Bang Kapi, Bangkok. Amidst a continuous and orderly voting atmosphere with police ensuring safety, Jitpat emphasized the importance of citizens fulfilling their civic duty. She encouraged all eligible Thai voters nationwide to participate in the election and constitutional referendum, seeing it as a way to collectively determine the country's future through a peaceful, transparent, and honest democratic process.
