Property Perfect Unveils 2026 Strategy, Targets 8 Billion Baht in Sales
Property Perfect is unveiling its 2026 strategy to upgrade home, clubhouse, and common area quality, targeting 8 billion baht in sales and planning to sell land worth 4.8 billion baht to increase liquidity. CEO Sanit Atthayansakul disclosed that the company's business direction this year aims for 8,000 million baht in sales, with no plans to launch new projects. Instead, they will focus on specific locations and potential customer groups, driving the business with quality as the core principle in all dimensions.
The strategy includes product quality development by redesigning homes to their best configuration in 40 years, investing in renovating 30 clubhouses into Health Clubs, and transforming common areas into health gardens to enhance residents' quality of life. They will also open new roads to improve project location potential and competitive capabilities.
Financially, the company is prioritizing strengthening its structure and maintaining liquidity by controlling costs, reducing unnecessary expenses, and generating additional income through land sales currently under negotiation, valued around 4,800 million baht. This includes urban land and buildings in three prime locations worth 3,000 million baht, and four high-growth land parcels totaling 140 rai valued at 1,800 million baht.
