The company expects policy interest rates might decrease at least once, which would help reduce buyer loan burdens, though financial institutions remain cautious about lending due to household debt concerns. In 2025, ASW plans to launch 11 new projects valued at 17,555 million baht, with 5 projects in Bangkok and 6 in Phuket, targeting sales of 18,500 million baht. Notably, Phuket will see 4 completed condominium projects worth 11,700 million baht, with significant inventory ready for transfer.
