Manchester City Exact Revenge on Newcastle, Advance to Carabao Cup Final Against Arsenal

Manchester City decisively overcame defending champions Newcastle United at the Etihad Stadium, easily advancing to the Carabao Cup final against Arsenal. In the English League Cup semi-final second leg on February 4th, City won convincingly. Omar Marmoush opened the scoring in the 7th minute, and City continued to dominate with further goals from Marmoush, Tjarafi Riynders, and others, ultimately winning 3-1 on the night and 5-1 on aggregate.
