Wave and Jade Athletes Receive Outstanding Awards at National Sports Day

Prominent athletes including 'Wave' Veeraphol, 'Bew' Puripon, 'Jade' Juthatip, and 'Noo Waen' Anphat were awarded outstanding athlete honors at the 2025 National Sports Day ceremony. The event was chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Thammanat Prompao at the Indoor Stadium in Huamark, commemorating the sporting achievements of King Bhumibol Adulyadej, who won a gold medal in sailing at the 4th Southeast Asian Games in 1967. The ceremony aimed to honor athletes who have brought glory to Thailand and inspire the nation's sporting spirit, particularly as Thailand prepares to host the 33rd SEA Games and 13th ASEAN Para Games.
