Chaiwut, Dr. Ae, and Deputy Tum Miss Parliament as 'Setthakit' Party Secures 4 Seats
In the unofficial party list vote count as of February 8, 2024, at 23:10, with 85% of votes counted, multiple political parties showed varying results. The People's Party secured 30 MPs with 8,014,543 votes, followed by Bhumjai Thai with 19 MPs and 5,164,577 votes. Several new and smaller parties struggled to gain significant parliamentary representation, including parties led by Chaiwut Thanakamanusorn and Mongkolkit Suksintharanon. The Setthakit Party, led by General Rangsi Kittiyanasap, managed to secure 4 party list seats with 918,945 votes, though Rangsi himself will not become an MP due to his position on the list.
