RTRDA Invites Public to Vote on DEMU Train Design and Shape Thailand's Railway Future

The Railway Technology Research and Development Institute (RTRDA) is providing an opportunity for citizens to participate in developing Thailand's railway system through a train design voting activity. The activity allows participants to vote on pre-selected train designs and share their impressions of external and internal design elements. These designs were created by Blue Engineering S.r.l., a leading Italian rail engineering company, under the design concept of Michael Robinson, an international vehicle and transport designer with extensive global experience. The design concept incorporates Thai identity, simplicity, elegance, and cultural context, blended with modern engineering principles and international standards. RTRDA aims to connect global expert knowledge with Thai user perspectives to develop a train design that truly meets citizens' needs.
