Thammanat Denies Having Lunch with Anutin, Confirms Phone Call of Congratulations

At 10:00 AM on February 10th at Government House, Maj. Thammanat Prommao, Deputy Prime Minister and Agriculture Minister, addressed rumors about having lunch with Anutin Charnvirakul, the Prime Minister and Interior Minister. When asked about phone congratulations, Thammanat said phone conversations are normal and parties should cordially congratulate each other. He emphasized waiting for Election Commission certification before discussing further political arrangements. Thammanat noted they have only 58 seats and must listen to major parties, stressing the need to respect government formation leaders. He thanked the over 5 million voters who chose Kla Party and stated the election game is over, urging acceptance of election results without creating social disruption.
