Revealed: Companies Awarded Election Ballot Printing Contract for 2026

The Election Commission (ECT) has disclosed three companies selected to print election ballots for the 2026 parliamentary elections. The announcement comes after widespread sharing of concerns about barcodes and QR codes on district and party-list election ballots. Deputy Secretary-General Phaskorn Siriphakayaporn explained that the barcodes are a security measure to track ballot lot numbers, printing details, and distribution zones, while emphasizing that no individual voter information can be identified. The three selected companies are: 1) T.K.S. Technology Public Company Limited, winning the contract for 56,100,000 district ballot prints at 67,320,000 baht, 2) Jan Vanich Security Printing Company Limited, awarded the party-list ballot printing at 81,345,000 baht, and 3) the Territorial Defense Printing House, selected for referendum ballot printing at 56,100,000 baht. All documents were signed by ECT Secretary-General Sawaeng Boonmee on December 30, 2025.
