10 Of 27 Brewery Fire Deaths Identified
Authorities have identified 10 of 27 people killed in a brewery fire in Bangkok's Chatuchak district, while 63 others were injured across multiple hospitals.
BANGKOK — 13 July 2026, Authorities have confirmed the identities of 10 people killed in a fire at a brewery near Lat Phrao Soi 1 in Chatuchak district, while efforts continue to identify 17 other victims.
The 10 confirmed victims were named: Aphinun Phengsri, Phitsanu Taengsopha, Suwitcha Sirisilung, Top Sarobol, Phonepaseut Pounqppany (a Lao national), Nipaporn Chaemchaeng, Atcharaporn Sutthisin, Kanokthip Srisuk, Nahathai Satcharaloet, and Apinya Sukthongla.
Authorities are still verifying the identities of the remaining 17 people killed in the blaze.
A total of 63 people were injured and taken to 16 hospitals across Bangkok. Of those, 22 were classified as seriously injured, 33 as moderately injured and eight as having minor injuries.
The injured were admitted to hospitals including Rama IX Hospital, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Phramongkutklao Hospital, Police General Hospital, Paolo Kaset Hospital, Petchvej Hospital, Phyathai Phaholyothin Hospital, Ladprao General Hospital, Rajavithi Hospital, Vimut Hospital, and Ramathibodi Hospital.
The fire occurred at a brewery near Lat Phrao Soi 1 in Chom Phon subdistrict, Chatuchak district. Authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the blaze and confirm the identities of the victims.
