Sansiri Showcases Community Power with Three Resident Stories, Reinforcing "Every day…Life is Good"
Sansiri, a major Thai real estate developer, launched a campaign featuring three resident stories to showcase how its communities deliver happiness beyond housing through strong neighborhoods, professional management, and shared activities.
On May 25, 2025, Sansiri Public Company Limited revealed that over 40 years and more than 500 quality projects nationwide, Sansiri as a real estate developer has prioritized residents' happiness through the "Every day…Life is Good" concept, which serves as a key standard for project development and after-sales service.
Beginning in 2024 with a major brand campaign that conveyed Sansiri's DNA through striking black-and-white cinematic style to communicate the company's intention to build homes that deliver good quality of life for everyone, in 2025 Sansiri elevates this concept to an even greater and deeper level.
The shift moves from "brand storytelling" to "resident storytelling" through the campaign video "The true story of Every day…Life is Good - CAT, VEGGIE, BOO!" inspired by real events in Sansiri projects and communities, featuring three authentic stories told by actual residents.
This reflects that "good life" is not limited to housing or beautiful home design, but rather a residential ecosystem that supports happiness in every dimension, becoming a model of a sustainable happy society that everyone truly experiences every day.
Sansiri's definition of "good life" is not merely a beautiful philosophy but a reality created through the organization's commitment to building strong foundations from the heart. The company has advanced three key dimensions to deliver genuine happiness every day: Good Neighborhood and Service—a warm community where people and neighbors help each other with heartfelt care and professional management of common spaces and resources (Good Common Space and Property Management), plus creative spaces and activities that connect people and their lifestyles (Good Community and Activity). These three components are the crucial gears that blend into a concrete definition of perfect living.
Over 40 years, Sansiri has meticulously developed and cultivated standards for caring for residents to create a model of sustainable good living. Today, all these intentions are proven "true" through three resident videos that don't just tell personal experiences but confirm the highest commitment to transforming residential spaces into places of happiness, community, and good living every day in Sansiri projects.
Meet "CAT, VEGGIE, BOO"—three real stories confirming that "Everyday…Life is Good": THE CAT OF T77: When one cat goes missing, an entire community's hearts connect. The story began when a black cat from a Vietnamese restaurant disappeared, but this wasn't just about the cat owner—the power of neighbors in the T77 Community brought them together.
