Club President Rallies Phlan Kanchanaburi FC Fans: We Can Rise Again, Next Season Has Surprises in Store
Phlan Kanchanaburi FC has been relegated after drawing 2-2 with Chonburi, but club president vows the team will bounce back next season with surprises for loyal supporters.
After Phlan Kanchanaburi FC drew 2-2 with Chonburi FC in Match 29 of the BYD Silayon Six League One 2025/26 season, the team accumulated only 23 points and now sits in last place (15th) on the table. With just one match remaining, the club can no longer climb out of the relegation zone and relegation is now mathematically certain.
Club President Dr. Prawat Kittammagulnij recently posted on his personal Facebook page to address the team and supporters: "Hello T2, we may fall but we can rise again. How could we abandon fans like you? Next year still has surprises—stay tuned, I promise it will be fun. I couldn't attend the match today as I'm in Thong Pha Phum for the Thong Pha Phum Music Festival with half the province."
Phlan Kanchanaburi FC will conclude their season hosting Ratchaburi FC in the BYD Silayon Six League One 2025/26 on May 10, 2025 at 6:00 PM at Kanchanaburi Provincial Stadium (Klibua). The match will be broadcast live on AIS Play.
