The Hua Jai Borisutt Foundation continues its mission to spread joy and create smiles for children and youth by distributing noodle snacks and sunflower seeds to students at Ban Sap Suratsat School in Uthai Thani Province.

On July 2, 2569, foundation president Thianyarat Nawamawat assigned staff to visit Ban Sap Suratsat School in Hu Chiang subdistrict, Ban Rai District, Uthai Thani Province to distribute 648 pieces of noodle snacks and sunflower seeds valued at 7,600 baht.

The donation was supported by Saranjit Wang, board member of Bai Lee Enterprises Limited. School director Supansa Hun Thani represented the institution in receiving the donation and distributed the snacks to students.

The foundation president stated that the organization believes sharing, even starting with small gestures, can create tremendous happiness and encouragement for children. The foundation expressed great appreciation for collaboration with all sectors, particularly the private sector supporting social activities, which serves as vital force enabling the continuous transfer of opportunities and care. The foundation will continue implementing diverse social programs to create opportunities and improve quality of life for children, youth, and communities in various areas.

Thai entertainer Noes Udom has revealed he's making a comeback with a solo performance he's dubbing the 'Debt-Free Mic,' citing financial devastation caused by fraud perpetrated by his own staff members. Udom appeared on the talk show Kammakorn Khao: Khui Nok Jao with host Sarayut to discuss his struggles, disclosing that associates absconded with his credit cards and committed fraud, leaving him financially ruined and forced to mortgage his properties.

Phamuang Task Force soldiers conducting border patrols intercepted an armed group smuggling methamphetamine, heroin, and raw opium into Thailand, resulting in four deaths in Mae Ai, Chiang Mai.

On July 3, 2025, Colonel Sathit Waiyanon, Phamuang Task Force commander, assigned Deputy Commander Major Michay Nilsat to oversee the evidence inspection with relevant agencies. The seized narcotics included 1,162,000 methamphetamine pills, 3.85 kilograms of heroin, 25.6 kilograms of raw opium, three rifles, and one machete.

The operation occurred at 2 p.m. on July 2, 2025, when soldiers from the 4th Cavalry Squadron and the 3207rd Ranger Company encountered 10-15 suspects moving through a natural trail near Nam-Uen checkpoint in Mae Sao Subdistrict, Mae Ai District, Chiang Mai. When officers requested to search the group, the armed smugglers opened fire, triggering a five-minute gunfight. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has asked prosecutors to file a civil lawsuit against five individuals accused of manipulating the price and trading volume of V.L. Enterprise Public Company Limited (VL) shares to seek maximum penalties under the law.

The SEC's Civil Penalty Committee imposed penalties against a total of nine offenders in the VL stock manipulation case, requiring combined payments of 10,854,500 baht as civil penalties, compensation for unjust gains, and reimbursement of SEC investigation costs. The committee also banned offenders from securities trading for 17 to 22.5 months and from serving as directors or executives for 34 to 45 months, depending on the case.

Four cases were settled at the SEC level. However, five other offenders—Supassit Pokindjarutasmi, Pornanee Megdamrongsaeng, Buaran Rungruengnaowrattana, Natthapaphat Kerchaimongkol, and Pichetsaad Phumsatriphirun—refused to accept the SEC's civil penalties. Therefore, the SEC has requested prosecutors to file civil lawsuits against these five individuals seeking total compensation of 5,079,141.55 baht plus interest, along with maximum trading bans and prohibitions on serving as company directors or executives under the law.

The SEC has also referred the case to the Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO) for action, as the unlawful securities trading conduct constitutes a predicate offense under Thailand's Anti-Money Laundering Act of 1999.
