Man Files Police Report Against Tiktok User for Attacking and Defaming Sticker Shop, Pledges to Donate Lawsuit Winnings to Help Children
A sticker shop owner filed a police report against a TikTok user for posting false videos attacking his 20-year-old business, with plans to donate any lawsuit winnings to help disabled children.
On May 27, 2025, Pannya Intharudom, a former crime reporter and owner of 'Tone Sticker' shop, filed a complaint with investigators at Bang Sri Mueang Police Station in Nonthaburi after a TikTok user posted false videos and information causing business damage and customer confusion.
The TikTok clip falsely accused the Tone Sticker shop of poor workmanship and high prices, even tagging the shop's location, despite the accuser never being a customer or conducting any business with the shop. According to the shop's Facebook page update, the false clips and messages were uploaded to social media platforms including TikTok, causing severe damage to the 20-year-old business and eroding customer confidence.
Police are currently conducting witness interviews and reviewing all clips, discovering four criminal violations under different statutes. Authorities are pursuing full prosecution against the person who posted the defamatory content. If the case is won, the damages awarded will be donated to a foundation assisting intellectually disabled children. The shop thanked loyal customers for their continued trust and assured them that the truth would soon come to light.
