Melody Of Life 17 Festival Wraps Up at CentralWorld
The 17th Melody Of Life festival concluded at Bangkok's CentralWorld after three days of music, art, and sustainability activities. As Thailand's first certified Carbon Neutral Event music festival, it drew tens of thousands with four stages, student art installations, and performances by emerging and established artists from the SPICYDISC label.
Chang Music Connection Presents Melody Of Life 17 closed beautifully after three days of music and activities at CentralWorld from October 16–18. The festival, organized by SPICYDISC alongside CentralWorld and Chang natural mineral water, attracted massive crowds filling every zone. Beyond concerts featuring diverse artists across four stages, the festival offered art exhibitions, student prototype projects, and the Harmony Forest zone with installations made from recycled materials by architecture and design students from multiple universities. A popular highlight was the beep! Soundprint Machine photo booth recording voices onto cassette tapes, plus the Cheeze Market and street food area. A symbolic lights-out minute saw attendees illuminate both Earth Stage and Sun Stage with phone flashlights. This year introduced six festival mascots — PLOTO, MELO, GROVO, PICO, REBO, and LUMO — with PLOTO roaming the grounds. The concert lineup included the Spawn Music Contest winners Black Space (high school) and The Blue Pillows (university), each receiving 30,000 baht from SPICYDISC boss Pichai Chira thiwat. New artists PAWITT, WHITEBRIDGE, MVL, The Rube, and LULA performed, with day two opening to packed crowds for MACHINE., QEETHA, and Jigsaw Story.
