Tristong Do, right-back and captain of Muangthong United, has posted a farewell message as the club prepares for Thai League 2 competition in the 2026-27 season following its relegation from Thailand's top division. The Thai-French defender has become the latest player to leave Thunder Dome Stadium, with reports indicating he will join a Thai League 1 club, though details have not been officially revealed.
The international right-back posted a farewell message alongside a photo, stating: "This is not the goodbye I had imagined, and certainly not how I wanted my time here to end."
Addressing the supporters, he wrote: "To all the fans, you are the spirit of this club. You have shown me nothing but love and support, and I will be grateful forever. Every time I stepped on the pitch, I gave everything I had for this shirt. I hope you understand how much representing you has meant to me."
