The Phiromphakdi family has established a family council to monitor and ensure justice in the case involving Sunisth Scott and Sirinath Scott. On July 1, 2569, the family issued an official statement regarding developments in the case. The family expressed deep regret and firmly rejected all forms of harassment, violence, physical abuse, verbal aggression, threats, coercion, or any actions that infringe upon the rights, safety, dignity, or wellbeing of others. The family acknowledged that allegations of harassment and domestic violence are serious and require sensitive, empathetic, responsible, and respectful consideration of all affected parties. They recognized public concern and committed to handling the matter responsibly, fairly, and with appropriate regard for the rights and dignity of all involved. The family believes that determining disputed facts and assessing legal liability should follow appropriate and independent processes to ensure justice for all parties. To ensure transparent and impartial proceedings and demonstrate proper accountability, Sunisth Scott has resigned effective immediately from all management positions, directorships, operational roles, and representation in all family business matters, pending the results of formal investigations and related legal proceedings. To support the family's efforts, the family council and independent advisors will oversee the proceedings to ensure fairness, transparency, and impartiality. The family aims to promote appropriate use of legal channels, judicial processes, and mediation for all involved parties. The family and Sirinath Scott have scheduled meetings after July 8, 2569 (the court-ordered mediation date) to discuss joint remedial measures. A family office is being established to monitor, coordinate, and ensure all involved parties receive justice in all cases. The family will fully cooperate with legal proceedings. Additionally, the family clarified that the disclosed agreement is an internal family document of Cheeranuch and her sons, Sunisth Scott and Sirinath Scott, witnessed by related family members, and has never been acknowledged, endorsed, or participated in by members of other family lines. The family requests all parties respect the ongoing judicial process and refrain from publicly disclosing disputes or one-sided information that may harm the fairness of proceedings or those involved.
