SJWD demonstrated strong risk management and adaptability amid global economic volatility, achieving record results in the second quarter of 2025. Total revenue reached 7.065 billion baht, a 9.7% increase year-on-year, while net profit surged 64% to 463.4 million baht. The board approved an interim dividend of 0.20 baht per share for the first half of the year.
Ekkapong Tangsrisanguan, Chief Financial Officer of SJWD, attributed the strong performance to rapid business adaptation, diverse logistics and supply chain services, customized solutions for clients, growing demand for warehousing and logistics services, and successful rate negotiations aligned with operational costs. Revenue increased 11.6% sequentially and 9.7% year-on-year, while net profit climbed 67.6% from the previous quarter and 64% year-on-year.
Profit contributions from associate companies reached a new high of 201.3 million baht, boosted by performance from subsidiaries including Siam Double You D Logistics, Asia Network International, Transimex Corporation in Vietnam, and SWIFT in Malaysia. Gross profit margin improved to 15.0% from 14.1% in the prior quarter and 14.0% year-on-year.
All major business segments showed strong growth compared to the prior year: general warehousing revenue rose 18.5% to 388.3 million baht; hazardous cargo warehousing increased 12.9% to 169.5 million baht; cold storage grew 20.4% to 327.0 million baht; B2B freight services climbed 11.3% to 2.36 billion baht; D2C delivery services jumped 25.0% to 616.9 million baht; multimodal transport services grew 12.5% to 283.0 million baht; and international operations rose 20.1% to 1.25 billion baht.
Tangsrisanguan noted that clients increasingly value logistics partners with flexibility, efficient risk management capabilities, and problem-solving expertise. SJWD's diverse service foundation and strong partnerships across Southeast Asia have enabled the company to attract new business during the current economic period. For the first six months of 2025, the company reported revenue of 13.397 billion baht and net profit of 739.9 million baht, up 4.0% and 14.3% respectively year-on-year.
The board approved an interim dividend of 0.20 baht per share, totaling 355.3 million baht, with an ex-dividend date of August 26, 2025 and payment on September 10, 2025. Management expects full-year performance to exceed revenue targets, supported by continued strength in both revenue and profitability.
