Snail Lakpeut Confident in Her Signature Weapon, Ready to Face Boonmee Sixnine on Khao Charoenchai Fight Night
Muay Thai fighter Snail Lakpeut enters her first competitive bout against Boonmee Sixnine at Khao Charoenchai Fight Night, confident in her devastating elbow strike after three weeks of intense training.
Snail Lakpeut arrived at Rangsit International Boxing Stadium early on the morning of May 19, 2569, fully prepared both physically and mentally for tonight's bout against Boonmee Sixnine. The female boxer, dressed in an all-white warm-up suit with "Thailand" printed on the back and a white cap, weighed in at 115 pounds (52.2 kilograms) and stands 167 centimeters tall. She revealed her most confident weapon is her elbow strike, stating confidently, "If it lands, they drop," and emphasized she wants spectators to see the results rather than dwelling on past events.
Snail stated she has trained intensely every day for the past three weeks, waking up at 5:00 AM each morning. Though she admitted the first week was challenging due to her inexperience with competitive boxing training, causing some muscle soreness, she has grown considerably. Her sole goal for today is victory, though she plans to continue training afterward as she aspires to become a professional boxer.
During the training period, Snail said she has learned discipline and gained valuable lessons from the previous incident, which has helped her improve her temperament in society. She acknowledged being hotheaded and impulsive before but has become much calmer now. Though she admitted fault in the previous altercation, she considers it resolved and views tonight purely as a sporting contest, promising such incidents won't occur again.
Regarding her family, Snail revealed her mother is supportive and will attend ringside for encouragement, telling her to fight with full effort. As for Boonmee, they haven't communicated since appearing on a talk show, but Snail's final message to her opponent is to bring everything she has, as Snail intends to do the same.
After passing the medical examination clearance to compete, Snail entered the ring to familiarize herself with the setting, since she has never competed before. She performed respectful wai to the boxing shrine and practiced her signature elbow strikes in Boonmee's red corner, both for technique refinement and psychological advantage before their scheduled bout at approximately 20:30.
