Police arrested suspects Get and Tae on August 4, 2025, after they damaged a Mercedes-Benz and spat on it following a traffic dispute in Nakhon Pathom Province. The two men, riding separate motorcycles with a female passenger on one bike, engaged in a heated argument with the car owner at a red light, then exited their bikes to strike and kick the vehicle, breaking its side mirror. When questioned, both confessed to acting in anger following the confrontation.
During interrogation, the suspects admitted fault and displayed a markedly different demeanor than during the incident—calm, reasonable, and cooperative with investigators. Get issued a public apology, acknowledging his actions and accepting responsibility for damage costs estimated at 300,000 to 400,000 baht. He stated the female passenger was a close younger friend, not a romantic partner, and requested people stop sharing his image on social media. Tae also apologized to society but declined to answer further questions. Investigators are considering additional charges against the female passenger and have referred the case to Nakhon Pathom Provincial Court.
