Cro Energy Unveils Business Plan, Targets 100% Growth This Year

Cro Energy Green Corporation aims for a dramatic 100% revenue growth this year, solidifying its position as a comprehensive clean energy provider heading towards sustainable Net Zero. Ms. Rananthorn Polachat, Managing Director of Cro Energy Green (CEG), a full-service clean energy and solar system business, explained that the company provides end-to-end services from design and installation to investment value analysis, helping businesses reduce energy costs and meet ESG and Net Zero goals. The company's services include electricity trading through Private Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) covering industrial factories, hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings, residential areas, solar farms, and floating solar projects of several megawatts. For 2026, the company and its subsidiaries target nearly 100% growth, driven by industrial solar cell installation demands, PPA project expansions, and roof structure reinforcements to support solar system weight according to new legal standards. Over the past decade, the company has maintained a 20-30% annual growth rate. Solar cell investments, which previously cost 40-50 million baht per megawatt, have dropped to around 20 million baht or less. The company also plans to list on the Stock Exchange of Thailand within approximately five years, depending on economic conditions and government policy stability. A key business risk involves rising solar panel prices from China, which have increased from about 2 baht to 4.5 baht per watt, potentially impacting project profitability. To enhance efficiency, the company is implementing advanced technologies like Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), panel optimizers, and real-time energy management software to improve system stability and long-term performance.
