Songkhla District 3 Election Irregularities: Candidate Votes Exceed Valid Ballots

Songkhla District 3 is facing significant election irregularities, with unofficial vote counting results showing multiple inconsistencies. The election board's unofficial results reveal that the total votes for candidates exceed the number of valid ballots by 6,048 votes. Additionally, the number of voters who cast party-list ballots (112,593) is 13,670 more than those who voted for district representatives (98,923), despite voters being required to receive and cast both ballot types simultaneously. Democratic Party candidate Thanai Arm Suwannaruk has publicly stated he will file a complaint with the Election Commission, demanding an explanation for these discrepancies.
