Police Confirm 'L' Has Not Contacted to Surrender, No Negotiations Yet

On February 18th at Lat Lum Kaeo Police Station, Police Lieutenant General Thatchai Pitaneelabut met with relevant agencies to track the progress of capturing Noparat or 'L', 30 years old. Thatchai stated that 'L' is still on the run, and while he attempted to surrender through local contacts yesterday and did not appear to be in a frenzied state, he has not yet turned himself in. Police have deployed full personnel and equipment, aiming to resolve the situation peacefully. They are seeking 'L' on charges of detention and firearms use from Chonburi province. The police are calling for anyone with information to contact them immediately. The suspect's family has been moved to a secure location and is being monitored 24/7. Over 40 schools in Pathum Thani and nearby provinces have temporarily closed as a precautionary measure.
