Kunalai Highlights Real Estate Sector Challenges, Sets 3-Year Goal to Lead Suburban Housing Market
KUN acknowledged that the 2026 real estate sector continues to face ongoing pressures from slow purchasing power recovery, high household debt, and strict financial institutions, leading to high competition in the mid-priced landed housing market. However, real demand still exists, particularly in suburban areas with accessible pricing, with buyers focusing on long-term residential needs rather than speculation. Consumers are prioritizing value over price, including location quality, home functionality, and lifestyle. Currently, Kunalai has property projects in all four directions around Bangkok and its metropolitan areas, including western zones like Bang Bua Thong-Bang Yai, southern zones like Rama 2, northern zones like Rangsit-Pathum Thani, and eastern zones like Chachoengsao. The company aims to become one of the leading suburban housing market players in the next three years, focusing on quality growth. This year's sales target is set at 1,200 million baht, with a revenue target of 600 million baht, primarily focusing on Navara Rama 2 and Navara Rangsit-Khlong 2 projects.
