Fly to Korea with Peace of Mind! VietJet Thailand Launches K-ETA Service with Ticket Refund Guarantee

VietJet Thailand has launched the 'K-ETA Refund & Credit Shell' service to provide convenience and confidence for passengers traveling to South Korea. Passengers can choose to receive a refund or store the ticket value as a Credit Shell if their Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA) is not approved. The service covers routes between Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) and Seoul (Incheon) for tickets purchased directly from VietJet Thailand between February 1, 2024 and October 24, 2024, with passengers required to submit proof of K-ETA non-approval at least 7 days before the scheduled travel date.
