Yamaha Supports "Ortho Doctors Walking Challenge" to Raise Funds for 13 Hospitals in Need

Yamaha is supporting the "Ortho Doctors Walking Challenge" project to help 13 hospitals lacking orthopedic medical equipment. Ukrit Pakwiwat, Deputy Managing Director of Marketing and Sales at Thai Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd., donated 300,000 baht to the project, with Prof. Dr. Keerati Charoenchalovanich, President of the Royal College of Orthopedic Surgeons of Thailand, receiving the donation. The "Ortho Doctors Walking Challenge" is organized by the Royal College of Orthopedic Surgeons of Thailand (RCOST) with a fundraising goal of 100 million baht. The funds will be used to purchase modern orthopedic medical equipment for 13 underprivileged hospitals nationwide. The project invites the public to participate in a charity walk-run event under the "Mission to Mars" concept, covering a total distance of 60 million kilometers, symbolizing a journey from Bangkok to "Mars". The event is scheduled for Sunday, May 3, 2569, at Thammasat University Rangsit Campus. Thai Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. encourages people to be part of this charitable cause, which offers a two-fold tax deduction.
