Sudden Storm Causes Glass Wall Collapse at Food Court, Multiple Injuries

On February 17, 2024, at 7:00 PM, a sudden storm with powerful winds caused a large glass wall to collapse at a prominent shopping center in the Kharai area. The wall fell onto customers sitting and eating in the food court, resulting in multiple injuries. Mall staff quickly moved to transport injured people to the hospital for urgent medical treatment. After the incident, the mall management immediately cordoned off the area and began clearing the fallen large glass panels and furniture in the newly opened food center. Food court staff at the scene reported that extremely strong winds preceded the glass wall's collapse, which then fell onto the group of dining customers.
