Political Candidate Forcibly Attempts to Grab 16-Year-Old Student, Chased Away by Teens

A parliamentary candidate from Si Sa Ket province, representing a well-known political party, was caught on video forcibly attempting to drag a 16-year-old female student out of a friend's house late at night. Locals and friends intervened to prevent the candidate from taking the girl. The student fled to a nearby shop, but the candidate followed her, leading to a confrontation with local teens who subsequently chased the candidate away. The student revealed that the candidate was her former science teacher who had been harassing her for over two years, despite never having a personal relationship. After the incident, her family filed a police report and took her for a medical examination, expressing serious concerns about her safety. The candidate claimed the student's parents asked him to bring her home, accusing her of associating with troublemakers and frequently skipping school.
